A try scored by Stirling County from a line out near the five-metre line. Scrum-half Grant Hughes paced towards the line, the ball was recycled by stand-off Andrew Goudie, who then found Dean Taylor-Menzies who managed to get the opening score of the game. [0-5]

Head Coach

Ben Cairns commented on the game:

“We have only won one game in the first 5, we need to be better than that. We believe we are better than that but the results don’t really lie at this stage, half-way through a season. There is a lot of reflection that needs to be done over this break week to make sure that we come back and start putting in performances that we think are deserving of wins.”
