The Saltire Energy Caledonia Cup will be hosted by Scottish Rugby and Robert Gordon’s College on Sunday 24 March 2024.
A total of 24 teams from across the Caledonia region will congregate in Aberdeen at Robert Gordons College. The sides have competed in a series of regional leagues and then knockout rounds, culminating in 16 boys and 8 girls teams reaching the Finals Day event.
Stirling County is proud to have 5 teams competing on Finals Day, with the U15 Boys, U16 Boys, U16 Girls, and U18 Girls competing in their respective Cup-Finals, and the U18 boys competing in their Bowl Final.
This is a fantastic achievement for each group that has put in unbelievable commitment over recent weeks to reach the final and is a testament to all the hours of effort made by the players, coaches, and parents.
The series of games will be played at three intervals, with the first kicking off at 10.30 am.
Ahead of the event Vicky Cox, Head of Competitions & Compliance at Scottish Rugby, Had this to say:
“We’re delighted to continue supporting our Caledonia clubs and communities to access a long-standing and meaningful competition that encourages participation and opportunities for players from across this unique and vibrant region.”
