Boy's Youth Rugby - Stirling County Rugby Football Club

Boy's Rugby

Our Teams

Stirling County Boys’ rugby section welcomes players from under-13 to under-18, providing a clear pathway for young athletes to develop their rugby skills and confidence. Our programme is designed to ensure that every player benefits from age-appropriate coaching, competitive opportunities, and a strong focus on personal development and player welfare.

Our academy is led by an outstanding coaching team, including Eddie Pollock, who guided Stirling County to victory in the Super Six Series and recently led our youth programme to win both the Boys’ and Girls’ Under-18 Scottish Youth Cup. We’re also thrilled to have Allan Dell, former Scotland international and British & Irish Lion, bringing his elite experience to our youth development.

The U16 and U18 boys compere in the elite tier of Scottish youth rugby where we play against other leading schools and clubs including Dollar Academy, George Watson’s College, Merchiston Castle School, Strathallan School, Stewart’s Melville College, Boroughmuir RFC and Ayr RFC.

From learning the basics and building a passion for rugby at U13, to developing advanced skills, tactical awareness, and leadership as they approach U18, Stirling County offers a supportive and inspiring environment where every boy can reach his full potential.
