Role Introduction
As SCRFC Finance and Membership Coordinator you will be responsible and accountable for managing
daily finance operations and Club membership at Bridgehaugh. Reporting to the Bridgehaugh General manager and Finance Director the role is a key administrative role supporting the Club operations and
Members.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Day to day finance system input and administration (purchase orders, invoicing,
reconciliations)
• Cash flow forecasting
• Banking administration
• Financial reporting
• Financial administration of supplier partners
• Membership administration and point of contact for enquiries
• General office administration duties
Operational Responsibility
This is an exciting chapter in the Clubs history. We have embarked on a transformational change
process, and this provides the Finance & Membership Co-ordinator with a unique opportunity to shape their role, to be innovative, creative and dynamic. As SCRFC Finance & Membership Co-ordinator you’ll have operational responsibility for ensuring that the club is financially compliant, that we have excellent financial reporting systems in place as well as delivering excellent levels of service to our members enhancing their experiences with the Club.
Fiscal Responsibility
The role will work closely with the Bridgehaugh General Manager and Finance Director to prepare, manage and report finance for all areas of the Club.

Salary: based on £24,000p.a., full time role.
