We’re excited to announce Stirling County’s Super6 line up for their next game on Friday 6th August 2021 at Myreside.
Head Coach, Ben Cairns, had this to say following last week’s performance and looking ahead to tomorrow night:
“We were happy with large parts of our performance last weekend particularly around those effort areas and how clinical we were when in the opponent’s half. The challenge this week is to combine this with getting into the right areas more often and gaining more of a foothold in that middle third.
Watsonians will be delighted to start their campaign with a win away from home. It was an excellent performance built on a strong defensive effort and taking their opportunities.
Our previous meeting at Myreside was also a Friday night and, for the neutral, will have gone down as one of the most exciting matches in season 1 of the FOSROC Super6. Hopefully we can put on another show but obviously with a different result…. “
