Stirling County RFC – Annual General Meeting : Thursday 24 June 2021 @ 7pm
Stirling County RFC (SCRFC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Thursday 24 June 2021 at 7pm.
Due to on-going Covid restrictions, the AGM will be held virtually with access through Zoom.
Full Members of SCRFC are invited to attend the AGM and should pre-register by not later than 5pm on Wednesday 23 June 2021 at: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcldeCsrTsoG9MC6EX7gCtPC8YreOssVKm3
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The AGM will cover both Stirling County RFC (charitable organisation) and Stirling County (Bridgehaugh) Limited (trading company).
The AGM will include presentations on rugby, SCRFC’s new website, financial performance and future plans for the Club. There will be opportunities for Members to put questions to The Board.
Trustees (SCRFC) will be elected at the AGM and nominations for Trustees should be submitted to the Company Secretary at: CompanySecretary@stirlingcounty-rfc.co.uk by not later than 5pm on Friday 18 June 2021.
Motions for consideration at the AGM should also be submitted to the Company Secretary by not later than 18 June 2021.
