I was very impressed with the rugby club as a venue for my son's party. The whole process from booking till the party and afterwards was seamless. Very well organised and communication was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Had lots of parents actually comment on how smoothly the party went. Would definitely book any further functions with the rugby club as the service is second to none.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all your staff for making “A Toast to Jimmy” just perfect on Sunday. Please can you pass on our thanks to all your staff that were working on Sunday and also to the “buffet lady”. The day was just perfect for dad/gramps exactly how we wanted.

I would like to say that our wedding day went off without a hitch. From the planning at the very start with Emma and with the team on the day it was all a five star service. Nothing was a problem and Emma continually put me at ease. I believe ours was the first wedding and match day to happen at the same time in the club and it went extremely smoothly. We recently celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and out friends and family still comment on how good our day was. Which I believe is testament to Emma and her team's hard work in making our day go smoothly. I have and would continue to recommend the rugby club for events and weddings.

Had my son's 21st party here. It was fantastic from start to finish. So much confusion with regulations over Covid but Emma was lovely and so helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The evening went fantastic. Function room was great and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this venue again and would highly recommend

Retirement Party
We booked Stirling County Rugby Club Marquee for my husband’s retirement party. Right from the start it was a great service. Emma was in constant contact as Covid restrictions evolved and changed and we all kept fingers crossed it would go ahead. Pleased to say we finally got there! The room is an amazing space. Plenty space for large round tables with 200 seats, decent sized dance floor, catering table with ample space around it and the bar area still had loads of space. Given some peoples apprehensions about a large group it felt very safe and spacious. The bar staff on the night were amazing - I think they were kept busy! Thanks to Emma for all her coordination and communication. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend this venue.

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Carse of Stirling, I would like to thank you and Stirling County Rugby Club for allowing us to hold our event in your grounds and get use of the Clubhouse facilities. We could not run the event without your help.... I would like to thank you for all of your help over the past few years, it makes it so much more easier to organise things. Hopefully the weather will be kinder for us next year but the 500 children and 320 carers who came yesterday all had a ball despite the weather.
