If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us (in the manner set out below) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, requesting either (i) an exchange, (ii) a refund of the price paid or (iii) a credit note.
Please note, any item bought personalised with initials, names or numbers are non-returnable unless faulty.
Where an item you have purchased is faulty or defective in some way you are obliged to return the item to us within a reasonable period of time and may request either (i) a replacement, (ii) a refund of the price paid or (iii) a credit note. If the item is faulty or defective, please email scrfc.shop@gmail.com with your order number and arrangements will be made for this to be returned and replaced/refunded as quickly as possible.

Where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. Please note: For your protection, Stirling County RFC recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Where the item is faulty or defective, we will make arrangements at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact us via email, scrfc.shop@gmail.com.
We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request. Any refunds should appear via the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
