Moby was born in Lagos Nigeria but was raised in Birkhill a small village outside Dundee. He started his rugby career at Dundee rugby and progressed to the adult team at 16. He moved over to Glasgow to further his rugby and study at Strathclyde university and played at Glasgow hawks and recently earned 4 caps for Scotland U20 in the 6 nations in 2023.
