Stuart Keys

Team Manager

I have coached at Stirling County since 2007 after a couple of weeks of watching my son and his friends on the touchline. I decided to put a tracksuit on and haven’t looked back. I have loved being at the club and being involved with so many good people – players, coaches, parents and supporters. In that time, I have coached all the boys’ age groups up to U16, the girls U18 and the women’s squad. Lots of very happy memories, a few great tours and a lot of pleasure from seeing players develop on and off the pitch.

The role of team manager was a great chance to work with the senior men’s squad. I have really enjoyed it. Sorting out dirty kit is not exactly glamorous – but as with most jobs, it’s the people around you who make it all worthwhile.
